In addition, the company has engineered an aluminum alloy motor housing featuring a recirculating water-cooling system, employing a single-pass extrusion water-channel process, advanced MIG welding techniques, friction stir welding, and precision forming processes. Notably, the development of a helical internal water-diverting groove has significantly enhanced heat-transfer efficiency and thermal dissipation performance, thereby overcoming key technical hurdles in motor cooling.
