2. Characteristics
① A helical gear reducer with a hardened tooth surface is employed, offering high torque transmission, high efficiency, minimal wear, low noise, and maintenance-free operation.
② The impeller features 45° inclined blades, delivering excellent mixing performance. For deep tanks, a dual-stage impeller can be used to ensure more uniform mixing of the upper and lower liquid layers, thereby reducing the tendency for slurry particles to settle.
③ The stirring rod is made of an 8-mm-thick rubber sleeve, offering improved rigidity and resistance to deformation.
④ Wide range of applications and diverse structural designs, making it suitable for both onshore mud tanks and offshore platforms.
