2. Characteristics
① Intelligent control, anti-stalling design, automatic adjustment of operating speed, differential speed, torque, and fluid supply, making it suitable for prolonged continuous operation.
② PLC-programmed control allows stepless speed regulation of the drum within the design range, while also supporting manual adjustment.
③ Equipped with a color explosion-proof touch screen for real-time monitoring of rotational speed, current, torque, bearing temperature, overall machine vibration, and differential speed, among other parameters.
④ The drum is integrally formed via centrifugal casting using 2304 duplex stainless steel, while the remaining parts of the drum are made of 304 stainless steel, offering excellent wear and corrosion resistance.
⑤The entire body of the helical feeder is manufactured from 2304 stainless steel, while the feeding section is clad with hard alloy by surfacing or spray welding, or fitted with wear-resistant hard-alloy inserts, ensuring a long service life.
⑥ The diversion port of the screw feeder and the slag discharge port of the drum are protected by wear-resistant hard-alloy sleeves that are easy to replace, thereby extending service life and reducing maintenance intervals.
⑦ All bearings are genuine, high-temperature SKF imports, offering greater load capacity, higher rotational speeds, and lower noise levels.
⑧ Dynamic balancing accuracy ≥ G2.5. Smooth operation with low vibration intensity.
⑨ Positive-pressure explosion-proof control cabinet, equipped with renowned electrical components from Siemens and Schneider Electric, designed to meet the requirements of high-temperature operating conditions.
