1. Model Description for the Integrated Sand and Mud Removal Unit

2. Characteristics
① The underflow from the desander is processed using Alibaba’s Shengmu dual-track drilling fluid shaker, which features high-mesh screens, excellent screening performance, large processing capacity, resistance to screen clogging, and a design that makes inclination adjustment simple and quick.
② The underflow screen utilizes an ALSM-type drilling fluid shaker, featuring universal screen meshes, easy and quick replacement of seals, long service life, and convenient installation and dismantling.
③ The screening box inclination angle is adjustable; by operating the manual worm-gear adjustment mechanism, the inclination of the screening box can be set within a range of 0° to 5°, thereby meeting the operational requirements under different working conditions.
④ Both the desander and desilter adopt a split, disassemblable design, resulting in a compact structure that occupies minimal space. The desilter cyclones are arranged in a circular pattern, ensuring uniform flow distribution among the individual cyclones.
⑤The electrical control system fully complies with explosion-proof requirements for the wellsite, with key components sourced from overseas and the circuitry providing protection for the motor.
⑥ The desander is equipped with a ball valve to control the inlet, allowing the desander cyclone to be replaced or repaired at any time.
⑦ Both desanding and desliming hydrocyclones allow for easy and quick replacement of the underflow outlet.
⑧ A fully stainless-steel guard is used to prevent splashing, and the guard rotates synchronously with the screening box.
⑨ Marine-grade anti-corrosion paint is used to ensure the equipment’s long-term service under mud scouring conditions.
