2. Features of the ALSM Negative-Pressure Vibrating Screen
① Wide range of applications. Suitable for the treatment of water-based muds, oil-based muds, and composite muds. In particular, when treating oil-based muds, it significantly enhances the recovery rate of drilling fluids, reduces waste discharge, produces drier cuttings, lowers waste transportation and disposal costs, and thereby generates substantial cost savings for the drilling crew.
② It can replace the processing performed by drill-cutting drying screens, offering multi-functionality in a single unit, thereby saving wellsite space and reducing equipment investment.
③ The entire unit has low power consumption; each ALSMFY negative-pressure vibrating screen consumes 10.5 kW, eliminating the need for the drilling crew to provide an additional air supply.
④ Higher-mesh screens can be installed; the ALSM vacuum vibration screen can accommodate screens up to 400 mesh (for non-weighted drilling mud). After installing a high-mesh screen, it can replace the function of an integrated desander–desilter unit, thereby reducing the power consumption of the two sand pumps used to supply slurry to that unit.
⑤ Installation and operation are straightforward, identical to those of conventional vibrating screens, requiring no additional manpower. The negative-pressure generator is maintenance-free for its entire service life.
⑥ Shut off the negative-pressure generator to use the device as a conventional sieve.

4. Features of the ALSM Standard Vibrating Screen
①The ALSM series drilling fluid shaker is the third-generation shaker jointly developed and promoted by our company and Southwest Petroleum University. This equipment incorporates design experience and advanced technologies from both domestic and international counterparts, enabling the shaker screen to operate in either a translational elliptical trajectory or an oblique linear trajectory. Based on customer requirements, our company can supply straight-line shakers, dual-trajectory shakers, as well as configurations such as twin-deck, triple-deck, or multi-deck shakers, along with integrated mud tanks.
② The dual-trajectory vibrating screen is driven by three short motors (two main motors and one auxiliary motor), while the linear-trajectory vibrating screen is driven by two short main motors. Both designs deliver high, adjustable excitation force and low noise levels.
③ The connecting bolts of the exciter motor employ a dedicated anti-loosening technology, effectively preventing loosening and slippage under vibratory conditions.
④ The material is screened using an integrally die-cast polyurethane frame screen, which offers a large screening area, convenient screen replacement, and long service life.
⑤ The sealing strip is made of imported alloy rubber through integral die-casting, offering a service life of up to one year and easy replacement.
⑥ The unique lever design supports the entire screening box on four rubber springs mounted on a lever, ensuring that the rubber springs are always subjected to compressive force, thereby extending their service life to more than one year.
⑦ The screen box inclination is adjusted using a worm gear and trapezoidal lead screw pair, enabling stepless adjustment for convenient and rapid operation.
⑧ A fully stainless-steel guard is used to prevent splashing, and the guard rotates synchronously with the screening box.
⑨ Marine-grade anti-corrosion paint is used to ensure the equipment’s long-term service under mud scouring conditions.
